how can i make my hair less dry with out having to stop straightening?

my hair is so dry and will not grow anymore, i have to straighten my hair bc it will look so bad. i have used so many differnet kinds of products to try and bring it back to its health but nothing.i have to get it to grow and stop the breakage so please anyone got any tricks or tips or maybe a product that work for you?

ok first things first before you even get in the shower put conditioner on your hair while its dry (dont be afraid to apply a lot). Then wrap a very warm damp towel around your hair for a few minutes then go ahead and wash it. do this every day and your hair will improve.
You should also look for conditioners with extra moisturizing power look for words like intense repair on the bottle. I would also get a leave in conditioning treatment cream.
Buy a heat protectant (just a serum that helps protect from the heatof your straightener or blow dryer)
Before you blow dry get as much of the water as you can off before and keep the blow dryer at least 5 inches away form your hair because when you dry your hair the water left in your hair can heat up frying your hair and essential natural oils.
You could also go to your salon and get a conditioning treatment.
If you are willing to spend 85 dollars there is a complete repair system called pureology essential repair it comes with shampoo conditioner a protectant 4 weekly treatments and a leave in conditioner also it comes with another serum that protects your hair from tanning bed lights
Try not to straighten your hair everyday and if you can let it dry naturally then straighten it Use a lower heat and try to not focus on the ends.
